Looking for an artist!
As the title says, I'm looking for an artist, but not for myself. A good friend of mine is working on a fun, light-hearted web comic set in a very serious part of history (WWII era) and she's in need of a committed artist. I think the story is a wonderful mix of fun, quirky humor with a very serious/dark undertone and a cast of characters that would be all kinds of fun to design and illustrate, and I'm really hoping there's someone out there willing to help bring this story to life!
And now to hear from the writer herself:

Juxtaposed Publishing and Kickstarter!
So I'm gonna go ahead and apologize for this bit of advertisement, but I'm vying to whatever social outlet I have because all my fingers are crossed right now.

Happy Holidays!
I just wanted to wish all of my watchers a very happy holiday season, no matter what you do or don't celebrate. Take the opportunity to enjoy what you have and be thankful for it. No matter which winter holiday you recognize, just enjoy your friends and family and the things that give you comfort and joy because they're not always going to be around.
Thank all of you for watching and commenting and faving my work, even when I haven't been on much. I'm grateful for the lot of you.
Be safe and be happy!
-Naomi

Livestream/video Lessons?
I recently came back from AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta) up in Georgia, where I got to meet some awesome artists -cough plugs names cough kurkurkur (https://www.deviantart.com/kurkurkur) and nNkComicRelief (https://www.deviantart.com/nnkcomicrelief) cough- and also mingle with fellow artists, both aspiring and professional, at various panels. One panel in particular was hosted by cartoonist/voice actor, Doug Smith, gave me a possibly interesting idea.
How would you, my watchers or anyone else who stumbles on this journal and gives a crap, like to see me host a kind of... online class thing? I'll do them on my Livestream, and enable it so you guys can hear me talk and explain the answers to any questions typed up in
