I still don’t know how I feel about the blurred fish in the foreground. I have the file saved so that I can remove that layer, because half of me likes the fish because they add another layer of depth, and the other half of me hates it because they’re really distracting at the same time. Thoughts?

I didn't really notice the fish at first, except as part of the scenery. I don't really think they detract anything, I like them. I would actually say to make them opaque, so you can't see the one dude's arm through the fin, to give it a bit more depth.
