OH. MAH. GAWD. This sonuvabitch was so much fun to draw because of that effing cape! Drawing him made me remember why I used to love drawing Spawn so much. Oh man, I love this guy all over again.
Inking all done with a Pilot pen and Pigma/Sakura ink pens on medium-weight sketch paper, screen tones done on photoshop CS3, but again I really only focus on the inking when it comes to these kinds of pictures, so I qualify this as traditional media. >w<
