Both characters are from "Majin Tentei Nougami Neuro" (thank you, deviants, for helping me on that long confusing name)

Drawn on medium-weight sketch paper with mechanical pencil, a black Pilot pen, and a black Prisma marker.

It's from Majin Tentei Nougami Neuro. :D
And it's an Anime and Manga (although they are both a little different.... translation issues I guess).

THANK YOU! Homfg I would have never remembered that name. xDD When you told me at the booth, my mind just went, "Hurrga burrga hoogah wuggah?" Because... I fail at long Japanese titles. Srsly. Epic fail.

Haha, that's pretty much what my brian did the first time I heard it to. XD I've just now started to be able to remember it, but sometimes I misspell it still. ^^; It means something like "Magic Demon Detective Nougami Neuro", but it doesn't have a english translation so it never goes by that.
Nope, you got it perfect. ^^
